At CherishIt.co.uk, we are committed to delivering premium, customised portraits that celebrate the most important people in your life. Since our products are personalised and created specifically for you, we have clear refund guidelines in place.
1. Order Cancellation & Full Refund
We offer a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production will begin, and cancellations may not be possible. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order.
2. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Products
If your portrait arrives damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
3. Refunds for Portraits Not Matching the Approved Preview
We carefully design and send you a preview or sketch of your custom portrait for your approval before starting production. If, after delivery, the portrait significantly differs from the approved preview or sketch, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Customer-Approved Designs
Since our portraits are made to order and customised to your specifications, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after approving the design preview. If you notice any small changes or revisions you’d like made to the artwork, we offer free revisions to ensure you’re completely happy with the final product.
