At CherishIt.co.uk, we are committed to ensuring your custom portrait reaches you in the quickest and safest way possible. We offer both free and express shipping to provide flexibility based on your needs.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom: We use trusted local delivery partners such as Hermes, Royal Mail, Amazon, and DPD for UK deliveries.
  • European Union: We offer shipping to all countries in the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA).
  • International Shipping: We also deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Canada.

Shipping Times

  • Free Shipping: For standard delivery, your portrait will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after you approve the preview of your portrait. Free shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the UK and 6-8 business days for international orders.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which is typically 2-3 business days within the UK and 4-6 business days for international destinations. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for printing and finalising your portrait before shipping.

Processing Time

Once you approve your portrait design, we require 1-2 business days to print and prepare your portrait for dispatch. During peak times or holidays, there may be slight delays, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available for all UK and international orders.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow your portrait’s journey to you. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us at hello@cherishit.co.uk, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Delivery Issues

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as courier delays, customs processes, or local disruptions may affect delivery times. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier companies, but we are happy to assist with tracking or resolving any issues that may arise.
